چکیده
?-glucosidases (BGLUs) hydrolyze the ?-D-glycosidic bond with retention of anomeric configuration. BGLUs were associated many aspects plant physiological processes, in particular biotic and abiotic stresses through activation phytohormones defense compounds. However, studies on systematic analysis stress- or hormone-responsive BGLU genes are still rare. In this study, total 51 glycoside hydrolase family 1 identified genome model legume Medicago truncatula, they classified into five distinct clusters. Sequence alignments revealed several conserved characteristic motifs among these MtBGLU proteins. Analyses their putative signal peptides N-glycosylation site suggested that majority members have dual targeting to vacuole and/or chloroplast. Many regulatory elements possibly related genes. Moreover, Microarray qPCR analyses showed exhibited expression patterns various tissues, response different stress hormonal treatments. Notably, MtBGLU21, MtBGLU22, MtBGLU28, MtBGLU30 cluster I dramatically activated by NaCl, PEG, IAA, ABA, SA GA3 Collectively, our genome-wide characterization, evolutionary analysis, pattern play crucial roles cues M. truncatula.

Cross-Family Translational Genomics of Abiotic Stress-Responsive Genes between Arabidopsis and Medicago truncatula
Cross-species translation of genomic information may play a pivotal role in applying biological knowledge gained from relatively simple model system to other less studied, but related, genomes. The information of abiotic stress (ABS)-responsive genes in Arabidopsis was identified and translated into the legume model system, Medicago truncatula. Various data resources, such as TAIR/AtGI DB, expr...

AbstractTwo Arabidopsis thaliana genes, psr9.2 and psr9.4 appearedto be highly similar to a phosphate-starved induced gene,psr9, isolated from Brassica nigra suspension cells.Sequence analysis classified the encoded polypeptides asmembers of leucine-rich repeat (LRR) proteins superfamily. The sequence of psr9 proteins comprise a unique N-terminalregion e...
متن کاملGenome-Wide Identification and Expression Analysis of the 14-3-3 Family Genes in Medicago truncatula
The 14-3-3 gene family, which is conserved in eukaryotes, is involved in protein-protein interactions and mediates signal transduction. However, detailed investigations of the 14-3-3 gene family in Medicago truncatula are largely unknown. In this study, the identification and study of M. truncatula 14-3-3-family genes were performed based on the latest M. truncatula genome. In the M. truncatula...
متن کاملBioinformatics Analysis of MAPKKK Family Genes in Medicago truncatula.
Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase (MAPKKK) is a component of the MAPK cascade pathway that plays an important role in plant growth, development, and response to abiotic stress, the functions of which have been well characterized in several plant species, such as Arabidopsis, rice, and maize. In this study, we performed genome-wide and systemic bioinformatics analysis of MAPKKK fami...
متن کاملIdentification and Network-Enabled Characterization of Auxin Response Factor Genes in Medicago truncatula
The Auxin Response Factor (ARF) family of transcription factors is an important regulator of environmental response and symbiotic nodulation in the legume Medicago truncatula. While previous studies have identified members of this family, a recent spurt in gene expression data coupled with genome update and reannotation calls for a reassessment of the prevalence of ARF genes and their interacti...
